Which files can I upload?
MP4, WebM, AVI, MPEG, FLV, MOV, 3GP, MKV and most other video and audio formats.
Which subtitle formats do I get?
SRT and VTT subtitles plus a plain TXT transcript, ready for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, video editors and players.
Can it read subtitles that are burned into the video?
Yes. Choose "On-screen (hardcoded) subtitles" to read text burned into the video. It uses 2 minutes of credit for each minute of video.
What happens to my videos?
For copyright and security, uploaded videos are deleted automatically after 7 days. Your subtitle files (SRT, VTT, TXT) are kept for one year.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal, with PayPal balance or a card. If you are not satisfied you can ask for a refund within 30 days.
How accurate are the automatic subtitles?
Accuracy depends on the audio. Clear voices with little background noise and minimal overlap usually give 98%+ accuracy. Heavy background noise, people talking over each other or strong accents lower it. The subtitles are generated by AI, so always review them and fix any part that was not transcribed correctly.
Why did my video get no or few subtitles?
Usually one of these: the audio is still being processed, the language is not supported, the file is very long, the sound quality is poor, there is a long silence at the start, or several speakers talk at the same time. Check the spoken language you selected and try again, or contact support.
